Size guide tights
There are several different types of tights, and within each category there are subcategories of tights. Seamless tights,compression tights etc.
If the tights are very stretchy, it's possible that two sizes could be suitable. The choice of which one to go for will depend on personal preference.
To prevent the tights from stretching out unnecessarily, gently pull them up in the same manner as you would with pantyhose.

Size guide sports bra
To find the right size, measure the circumference in two places:
1. Measure around the fullest part of the chest
2. Measure below the chest, at the waist

If you don't have a measuring tape readily accessible, you can also determine the right size by knowing your typical bra size.
Bra size A
If you usually have the size 65A - 70 A you are a size XS.
Bra size B
If you usually have the size 70 B - 75B you are a size S.
Bra size C
If you usually have the size 75C - 80C you are a size M.
Bra size D
If you usually have the size 80D - 85 D you are a size L.
Bra size E
If you usually have the size 90E - 95E you are a size XL.
